Cancellation policy and fees
Book without worries, in case of cancellation for the following proven limitations or illness linked to Covid-19, we will fully refund the deposit up to 14 days before arrival:
- The country of origin requires the guest to put themselves in "quarantine" upon returning from their stay.
- Suspension of non-European flights.
- Lockdown in the country of origin.
- National or regional lockdown.
- Italy does not accept people from the guest's country.
- The guest tested positive for the virus and is in quarantine.
No Covid cancellation
- For cancelation till 7 days prior arrival 30% of penalty.
- For cancellation from 6 days to arrival day 70% of penalty.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, 70% of the amount will be charged on unused days.
- Prepayment: 30% of the total amount bay be charged anytime after booking.
Your reservation is only valid after the receipt of a confirmatory prepayment. The amount is payable via bank transfer or by submitting the number and expiration date of a credit card, which will subsequently be charged with the amount of the down payment. With the payment of the deposit you accept our cancellation conditions.

In order to avoid fees related to a cancellation of your entire stay, we offer you the possibility to book our beneficial Easy Booking Service at a price of € 10.00 per day and room.
- Cancellation of your booking due to illness or a severe accident of the guest for whom the stay had been booked.
- Severe accidents or unforeseeable emergencies with subsequent hospitalisation of one of the guest’s family members.
- Severe damages (theft, fire etc.) to the guest’s property (house, apartment), which necessitate the guest’s presence.
In any of the above mentioned cases, the guest will have to provide relevant documentation to confirm the reason for their cancellation (medical certificate/certificate by police forces etc.) This service exclusively covers the cancellation of the entire stay and cannot be used in case of late arrival or early departure.
