Within each day’s tasting menu you will have the opportunity to take a journey through the flavours of the Mediterranean and Valtellina tradition, sometimes revisited with a pleasant spirit of innovation and research.

Local products will be the stars of the themed evenings with a classic Valtellina dinner.


Some typical dishes

Have you ever tasted pizzoccheri, manfrigole, sciatt or taroz?

Surely you are familiar with the typical Valtellina bresaola, but here the dishes really are … for all tastes!

Manfrigole are made from buckwheat dough rolled into a spiral and filled with casera cheese.

Sciatt are tasty fried dough with melted cheese, while taroz come from the so-called poor cuisine and consist of mashed potatoes, cheese, beans and green beans.


The extraordinary wines of Valtellina

The terraces that make the landscape around Livigno so picturesque are home to some very valuable vineyards, cultivated over time by farmers with much sweat of the brow.

These slopes produce superb wines such as Inferno, Sassella and Grumello, which are excellent with typical, Mediterranean dishes.
